How long is the rental?
Billboard rentals are yearly. Your renewal date begins the day after your sign face is installed to the sign structure.
How long does it take to print and install?
Generally a couple weeks after the design is approved.
What can and cannot be displayed?
Local governments and municipalities restrict certain language and imagery. No pornographic material, hate speech, drugs, alcohol, or substances.
When I buy the sign face, do I get to keep it?
Yes. These sign faces are built for durability and longevity. Unlike vinyl or banner material, they can be moved to different locations and are typically good for 20+ years. When the rental ends, I can store it, throw it away, or drop it off for you. If you keep it yourself, I can no longer guarantee its condition, but we can display it later if it is still presentable.
Can you help with artwork, layout, or design?
Absolutely. I usually offer this service free of charge. I'm also happy to display customer-provided artwork if you prefer to work with a specific graphic designer. A PDF sized to 48x96 inches at 300dpi is typically acceptable. Email or call if you need to submit another file format.
Can someone else take my sign next year?
No. Current advertisers always have first dibs to stay at their current location. We generally reach out 30 days before renewal to confirm whether you want to stay, move, or discontinue. If you stay, payment must be collected before or on the renewal date. There is no grace period.
